Overview
As AssistIQ grew, multiple operational initiatives were running simultaneously, making it difficult to track progress, identify risks, and keep leadership informed. I developed a structured project management framework that introduced clear planning, consistent reporting, and greater visibility across the entire project lifecycle.
The Challenge
Projects were being managed independently with no standardized approach to planning or reporting. This made it difficult to monitor progress, anticipate risks, and ensure work stayed aligned with business priorities.
My Approach
I designed a simple yet structured project management system that supported each stage of execution, from initial planning through completion. The framework established consistent documentation, regular progress reporting, risk tracking, and operational visibility, enabling leadership to make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Documented project outcomes, key achievements, lessons learned, and recommendations to support continuous improvement in future projects.
