Overview
As AssistIQ grew, content production involved multiple team members, but the workflow lacked a clearly defined process. I mapped the existing workflow, identified operational bottlenecks, and designed an improved process that created clearer handoffs and a more efficient path from content planning to publication.
The Challenge
The content production process relied on informal coordination, making it difficult to track responsibilities, maintain consistency, and move work efficiently between team members. This resulted in unnecessary delays and reduced visibility into the overall workflow.
My Approach
I analyzed the existing workflow to understand how work moved across the team, identified areas causing delays and confusion, and redesigned the process with clearer responsibilities, standardized handoffs, and a more structured workflow.
